The solar PV layout on one of the roofs at Infinity Foods warehouse in Portslade

Hiya folks,

There’s one week to go to join BEC and help put solar PV on the roof of Infinity Foods’ warehouse in Portslade.

This is a chance to support a collaboration between two great Brighton co-operatives: with your help BEC panels will save Infinity more than £77,000 on their electricity bills over the lifetime of the project.

It’s been very gratifying to see how many of you have supported our latest scheme – a warm welcome to those of you who have joined in the last week or so. Members all get a projected 5% interest on their investments, as well as a chance to support new renewables in our area. You can join BEC here.

It’s also been great to be working with Infinity, and to have the opportunity to get to know the workers that own this iconic Brighton organisation. It’s certainly one of the most relaxed workplaces I’ve come across!

Do help us get our latest scheme off the ground – with interest rates falling and global temperatures continuing to rise, this is a great opportunity to get your money working for a positive outcome.

See here for joining details

Cheers
Will
