London and Brighton Plating are specialist electroplaters and metal finishers offering the treatment and coating of metal components using electroplating & anodising processes. Their services are used by Engineering Companies servicing Aerospace, Medical, Electrical, Electronic, Ultrasonic, Radiotherapy, Semi-Conductors and Vacuums etc.

London and Brighton Plating received a £25,000 grant through the Community Solar Accelerator scheme to install solar PV on their premises in Portslade.

The solar array size is 69.7 kWp counting 170 roof panels. The annual electricity generation is expected to be 68,000kWh. Financial savings will be around £20,000 per annum at current rates. The return on investment will be around 2 years.
