Mentoring for BN-based impact-led organisations

We’re offering free mentoring to local, impact-led organisations – both not-for-profits and sustainable businesses – who are navigating challenges or looking for strategic guidance.

The programme provides up to 22.5 hours of support over a 12-month period. While we can’t guarantee solutions, we offer a thoughtful sounding board and access to the combined experience of Brighton Energy Co‑op’s staff and directors.

This is aimed at organisations facing broader, strategic questions rather than one-off technical problems.

We’re initially opening the programme to organisations based in BN postcodes.
